Relational Trauma Coaching

Inspiration to Freedom offers a variety of coaching options: Face-to-Face, Phone, Online and Group. Individual coaching sessions are always customized to meet individual needs. Our goal is to educate the partner on sexual integrity issues and/or sexual addiction and the trauma related to these behaviors, equipping the partner to move from Pain to New Purpose, while bringing healing and empowerment.

Sessions include (but are not limited to) the following commonly related issues:

Finding safety physically and emotionally (creating a safety plan)
Boundaries, creating safety and finding your voice
Recognizing and confronting Gaslighting
Understanding sexual addiction (addressing all the WHY questions)
Making hard decisions..."do I stay or do I go?"
Combating negative thinking and mental trauma
Rebuilding self-confidence and courage to move forward

Life Purpose Coaching

Life Purpose Coaching is a fun yet challenging time of "Finding YOU!" We will explore gifts, talents, personal values, and much more while identifying those obstacles that keep you from moving forward and living out your purpose.

This process is designed for women who find themselves "stuck" in life. You may be entering a new season of your life and having trouble moving forward; you may be finding that life is not turning out the way that you desired; or you may be a Partner who has gone through your healing work and feel that you need a new direction. We have seen powerful changes take place in women's lives as they participate in these Holy Spirit driven sessions!

Rates

Our rates are designed to accommodate all clients.

Initial Consultation: 1 hour, complimentary, to decide whether coaching is a fit.

Individual coaching: 1 hour, $90 a session.

Group Rates will be determined based on the focus area and length of the sessions. Group sessions vary from 8 to 12 weeks. The basic cost of each weekly session is $30.
